The word “Oikos” is the Greek word for "household" or “family.” Throughout the Bible, it represents more than a home—it describes a people who share life together, where everyone is known, loved, and belongs.

Why “Oikos” Church?

We chose the name Oikos because we believe that's exactly what Jesus came to create. He didn't come to build an organization or fill a building—He came to welcome people into the family of God.

As Willis continues to grow, thousands of people are finding new houses, new jobs, and new routines. But many are still searching for something deeper: meaningful relationships, authentic community, and a place to belong.

That's why Oikos Church exists.

We want to be a spiritual home where people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, build genuine friendships, and discover the joy of Life Together: With God. With Each Other. With Our Neighbor.

Because church isn't just a place you attend—it's a family you belong to. And through Jesus, there's a place for you.
